Madrid is a city in Spain that has immediate cachet for vacationer with its amazing historical architecture. To travel Madrid is an idea, a way of living for the moment that can be hard to resist. Madrid’s old narrow streets reveal a mix of old-fashioned plazas and Bourbon copious palaces. Madrid has a full of bucket loads consists of astonishing art galleries, never slackening nightlife and a feast of tapas bars and restaurants are usually starting points for new visitors, followed by a move towards the garnish pillar of rocks in Plaza de España.

The Plaza de España Madrid is one of the largest and most popular squares in Spain. On a sunny day the plaza is filled with street vendors, tourists and sunbathing locals. If you like to sit for a moment in an open square while trying some good Spanish wine, eating some tasty tapas and watch the passers-by, this is the right place to hang out. Don Quixote (the hero of Don Quixote novel in early 17th century written by a Spanish author famous in Spain) and Sancho Panza ( a fictional character in the novel Don Quixote) statues can be watched over the pool at the Plaza de Espana.

The Plaza Mayor Madrid has been the site of people’s different celebrations. The vast plaza is surrounded by one very large square building where onlookers perched to view the festivities in the square. There are various cafes line in Plaza Mayor giving plenty of opportunity for those who like to relax and admire the architecture. There is a statue in the center of the plaza whose Phillip III cast on horseback dating from 1616. The said statue was moved from the large park on Madrid’s western city which is the Casa de Ocampo in the 19th century. Despite the satisfactorily high prices charged by the restaurants and cafés of the place, it is still a marvelous square to sit out and unwind.
