For the culture vulture ‘Summer in the City’ Festival is just a perfect festival and event for them. The whole cultural institution, Madrid theaters, concert halls like Sala Cuarta Pared and Teatro Espanol will be presenting plays by tango, zarzuela, Harold Pinter and William Shakespeare.
