The El Chotis , which is a traditional Madrid dance, is performed during this event. In addition, the Chulapos y Chulapas is also practiced. This tradition is primarily all about men dressing up in black & white checkered vests, hats, trousers and white shirts, and women wearing costumes with white cloth and a carnation on their hairs.
